  • What To Bring

Your insurance card and photo ID, a list of current medications and supplements, your family health history (especially related to breast or cervical cancer, reproductive conditions, or chronic illness), any questions or symptoms you want to discuss.

  • Insurance/Self Pay Options

We accept Medicaid and a wide range of insurance plans including Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, Health Plan of Nevada, Tricare, United Healthcare, and many others. Self pay options are available.
