Prenatal Genetic Screening

Unity Complete® Prenatal Screening

Clear, early answers about your baby's health, from one simple blood draw.

Pregnancy comes with a lot of questions. Unity Complete helps answer some of the biggest ones early, using a single blood sample from mom. At Dr. Nader & Associates in North Las Vegas, we’re proud to offer Unity Complete to the expecting families we care for.

What Is Unity Complete?

One Blood Draw. Meaningful Answers, Early.

Unity Complete is a non-invasive prenatal screen. With a single blood draw from mom, often as early as 9 to 10 weeks, it looks at your baby’s DNA, which naturally circulates in your blood during pregnancy, to estimate the chance that your baby may be born with certain chromosomal or inherited conditions.

It’s a gentle, low-stress way to gather information at a time when many families want reassurance. There’s no risk to your baby, and most families receive a reassuring, low-risk result.

  • Single Blood Draw
  • As Early as 9 to 10 Weeks
  • No Risk to Baby
Why It's Different

No Sample From The Baby’s Father Required.

Older types of screening for inherited conditions usually need a blood sample from both parents, tested one after the other. Unity Complete is different: it can estimate your baby’s risk from your blood alone.

Is Unity Complete Right For Me?

Designed For Any Pregnancy,
Not Only “High-risk” Ones

Unity Complete is offered as a first-line screen for expecting families generally, not just those flagged as high-risk. National guidance recommends that prenatal screening for conditions like Down syndrome be discussed and offered to all patients early in pregnancy, regardless of age.

It may be an especially helpful option if you want answers without involving a partner’s sample, if you’re using a donor, if you’d like to know your baby’s risk sooner, or if you simply want a clear early picture so you can plan and prepare.

What It Gives You

More Than A Result: Peace Of Mind To Plan

Know

Early, clear information

From one blood draw, learn whether your baby is at higher risk for common chromosomal and inherited conditions, often weeks earlier than traditional approaches.

Feel

Reassurance, or time to prepare

Most families receive a reassuring, low-risk result. For the few who don’t, learning early means time to understand, ask questions, and prepare with your care team.

Decide

Confident, informed choices

Earlier answers help you make decisions for your family and connect with specialists and resources sooner, when planning has the most value.

Understanding Your Results

A Screening Test: Here’s What That Means

Unity Complete is a screening test, not a diagnosis. A low-risk result greatly lowers the chance of a condition but doesn’t completely rule everything out. A high-risk result doesn’t mean your baby is definitely affected. It means your provider may recommend additional testing to learn more.

Either way, you won’t navigate it alone. Your provider will walk you through your results, what they mean for you, and any next steps, one at a time. It’s the kind of thing worth raising at a prenatal visit, so you can talk it through with someone who knows your history.
