Dr. Golnaz Alemi, MD

Dr. Alemi is a Board-Certified Ob/Gyn recognized for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong commitment to safety, integrity and clinical excellence. Known for her thoughtful, individualized approach to outstanding outcomes, she has built a trusted reputation within the Las Vegas community for over 16 years.

Raised in Orange County, California, Dr. Alemi developed a strong academic foundation early on, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University, followed by her medical degree from Hahnemann University in Pennsylvania. She completed her Obgyn residency training in Las Vegas, Nevada where she continues to practice and serve the community she trained in and loves.

Dr. Alemi has been consistently recognized for her outstanding clinical excellence, receiving Top Doctor honors in 2023, 2024 and 2025. She has also been distinguished by insurance organizations for maintaining one of the lowest cesarean section rates in the county—a reflection of her commitment to evidence based care, patient safety and avoiding unnecessary interventions when possible.

In addition to her clinical and surgical practice, Dr. Alemi serves as faculty in the Ob/Gyn residency program, where she is actively involved in teaching and mentoring future physicians. She is also engaged in Expert Witness and Medical-Legal Consultation. She provides objective, evidence based analysis in obstetric and gynecologic cases. This work reflects her deep understanding of standards of care, attention to detail, and commitment to clinical integrity—qualities that directly inform her approach to patient care.

Dr. Alemi provides comprehensive care for women of all ages, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. She is known for her compassionate approach, surgical expertise, and ability to create a supportive and respectful environment where patients feel heard and their problems answered. Her care is guided by a commitment to doing what is right for each patient and prioritizing safety, honesty and individualized care above all else.
